§ 01 — POSITION

A manifesto, because every agency should have one, and most don't.

TENET 01

We build systems, not decks.

A sleek pitch is not a product. We spend 10% of our time explaining, 90% shipping. Deliverables live in production, not in PDFs.

TENET 02

Context is non-negotiable.

Payments behave differently in New York than in Lisbon. Latency is a human experience. We design for the network, the currency, and the user actually present.

TENET 03

Maintenance is a feature.

Legibility, tests, typed contracts, boring tooling. We write code a future engineer — including a future us — can read without flinching.

TENET 04

AI is a tool, not a religion.

We use LLMs where they reduce toil. We don't wrap them in vibes and ship a chatbot. We isolate, evaluate, and keep humans in the loop where it counts.

TENET 05

Small teams, senior hands.

No staffing pyramids. Your Solutions Engineer scopes, builds, and owns the outcome. One accountable person, one phone to call.

The work must outlast us.

We document, hand over, and train internal teams by default. A project ends when you can run it without us — not when the invoice clears.
